WHAT WE DID

BRIEF

A short film giving a snapshot of painter Diarmuid Kelley's work and process. Offer Waterman and Co wanted shots of the painting in action, the subject, interview and examples of Diarmuid's work. The style of the film was to be slow-paced and reflective.

OUTCOMES

The film has been well received in the art community highlighting Diarmuid's work to an international fan base. The film has been seen in many parts of the world with the majority of online views coming from United States, United Kingdom, Canada and France. The piece currently has over 6,000 views on Vimeo.

Produced a 2-3 min short film giving a snapshot of Diarmuid’s work focussing on his painting process. The film was shot over the course of half a day and the editing took around 5 days to complete.

CLIENT FEEDBACK

"We worked with Ben and Andrew on the gallery's first film project earlier this year. They guided us through the process from start to finish and took great care to keep to the brief we had given them. They were a pleasure to work with both on the day of filming and during the editing process. Our finished film has added a new dimension to our website and gives our clients a deeper insight into the work of our gallery artist Diarmuid Kelley. We are proud of the finished result and look forward to working with Raindown again in the future."
